The EPay Card can be used anywhere in the world where Master Card is accepted.
EPay's spending limit is $10,000 per day. You can withdraw up to $2,000 from an ATM in a single day.
The maximum amount that can reside in your EPay account at any given time is $25,000. You can transfer funds into your EPay account no more than $25,000 per month. Or you can make up to 5 transfers into your EPay account per month.
Sometimes a hold can occur if you don't have enough funds to cover charge. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Care Team at CardSupport@epaycard.us and they will sort this out.
Transactions outside of the US are considered international transactions and fees will apply. Please refer to your cardholder agreement for more details. If you conduct a transaction in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the merchant, network, or card association that processes the transaction may convert any related debit or credit into U.S. dollars in accordance with its then current policies. Master Card currently use a conversion rate that is either: (1) selected from a range of rates available in the wholesale currency markets (note: this rate may be different from the rate the association itself receives), or (2) a government-mandated rate. The conversion rate may be different from the rate in effect on the date of your transaction and the date it is posted to your account. We will impose a charge equal to 3% of the transaction amount (including credits and reversals) for each transaction (U.S. or foreign currency) that you conduct outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (including foreign websites).
EPay Card allows up to 5 online payments per day, this is intended to protect your EPay Card from fraudulent activity.
You can fund your EPay account, a maximum of $10,000 per day. Or you can fund with 5 transfers per day.

If you cannot remember your PIN you can change it in the mobile application.
If this was a PIN transaction and your card was declined, either there was not enough funds on the card to complete the transaction or the PIN entered was incorrect. For your safety and the security of your card balance your card will be blocked for further transactions after 3 incorrect PIN attempts. You will need to contact customer service to correct the issue.
If your card is lost, stolen or compromised, open your EPay App and go to the Settings menu to turn off Transactions. This will help to prevent fraudulent activity while you get a replacement. Reach out to customer care via Email at Cardsupport@ePaycard.us. We will deactivate the Lost/Stolen card, and get your replacement ready to ship. Setting up direct deposit with EPay is super easy! Just open the EPay App and click on the Settings menu. This is where you'll find your routing and account number. Provide this info to your company's payroll personnel or enter it in your employer's online payroll portal.
